What is tailored sourcing?
It means we go out and find a specific piece for you through our network. Watches and bags we don't hold in permanent stock can often be sourced on request. This is something we do daily, across the high-end market.
Is the sourced item original?
Yes. Every sourced item is verified by our certified team before it's delivered to you. Authenticity is guaranteed on everything we sell. If it doesn't meet our standards, we don't deliver it.
Can I return a sourced item?
No. Sourced items are non-returnable and non-refundable, no exceptions. Every item goes through our full quality and authentication control before it's delivered to you. If it doesn't meet our standards, we don't deliver it.
Why is a deposit required?
To confirm a sourced order, we require a deposit. In most cases this is 100% upfront. Due to the volume of orders we process daily and the capital we continuously invest in our own stock, we simply can't finance every sourced order ourselves. Depending on the piece, exceptions can be made. Reach out and we'll work something out.
How do I place a sourcing request?

We receive a lot of sourcing requests and this helps us make sure we're focused on finding the right match for you from the start.
