Yes. Every watch comes with a 12-month warranty on the movement from the date of delivery, covering mechanical defects that occur during normal wear. Damage from impact, dropping, or mishandling falls outside the warranty.

In-stock watches ship the same day if ordered before 1pm, via DHL Express, fully insured. It typically arrives the following business day within the EU. Outside the EU, expect 3 to 4 business days.

Yes. For in-stock watches purchased online, you have 14 days from delivery to return it. Notify us within those 14 days via email or WhatsApp, then send it back within 14 days of that notification. The item must be returned in the exact condition it was delivered. Return shipping, insurance, and the original shipping cost are non-refundable.
